The first residents will move in to the new luxury condos at Hampden Row in Bethesda on Thursday.

The 55-unit complex steps away from Bethesda Row is the first D.C.-area project undertaken by Toll Brothers City Living, and the Pennsylvania-based developers are finally ready to unveil the finished product. The condos range from 620-square-foot studios to 2,900-square-foot penthouses, and prices run between $450,000 and $4 million. Twenty-eight of the homes are already under contract, according to Kristine Smith, sales manager for Toll Brothers.

She said the developer began property sales in 2015 and started construction the following year. The complex offers residents amenities including a roof-level fitness center, a courtyard, shared lounge and entertainment areas and rooftop gathering spaces. The condo interiors come with features such as wood floors and smart thermostats, while the hallways have windows and chair molding to create a welcoming feeling, said Nimita Shah, senior project manager.

The condos at 4915 Hampden Lane are on a site formerly occupied by four homes that had been converted into offices. Toll Brothers is also working on building a 14-story condominium building at 8008 Wisconsin Ave. in Bethesda.

The developers will hold open houses at Hampden Row from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
