Taste of Bethesda Returns After Two Year Hiatus

by | Sep 1, 2022

The Taste of Bethesda will be returning on October 1st in the Woodmont Triangle area after taking a two year hiatus due to the pandemic.  The event is put together to highlight the community’s restaurants and this year, for the first time, will be offering beer and wine.  In addition to food and drink offerings from dozens of restaurants, there will be live entertainment spread across five stages throughout the day.

In 2019 the event saw about 35,000 visitors and the organizers expect around the same to turn out this year.  Although there are only 29 listed on the website, Stephanie Coppula, director of marketing and communications, expects there to be 35-40 restaurants participating in total.

Admission to the event is free but if you want to sample some of the restaurants’ offerings, paid tickets will be required.  The event will be held from 11 am to 4pm.
